For years, our son has had to eat a gluten-free diet. However, it is always difficult to find something suitable on the menu when going to a café or restaurant. Many people felt and still feel the same way as we do, so, over time, the idea of opening a café ourselves with gluten-free dishes was born. No sooner said than done, now the time has finally come. In our production and with mainly regional partners, we prepare delicious cakes, paninis, bowls, etc. for you in our mini kitchen.
